About Acro

Acro combines skills of both dance and gymnastics. Classes focus on developing  strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration, muscle control, and discipline. Dancers study acrobatic techniques and explore how these techniques can be applied to other forms of dance. A stronger sense of body awareness is also encouraged, and safety and injury prevention is of utmost importance in training dancers to move their bodies efficiently.
